I’m an Associate Professor at the Department of Computing from Federal University of Ceará, Brazil. I’m also an Associate Researcher at GREat research group. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Federal University of Ceará (2013). My main research area is Software Engineering, working mainly (but not only) on the following topics: exception handling, context-aware software testing, software defect prediction, mining software repositories, and software architecture maintenance and evolution. Furthermore, I try to apply Software Engineering methods, techniques, and tools to address software-related problems in other research fields, such as Pervasive Computing, Mobile Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, and the Internet of Things.
